Refund policy
All items are always fully inspected before delivery. For any damaged product upon delivery, you may return the product for exchange of the same item provided the following is met:

Upon inspection and confirmation of our partner brand that the product was indeed damaged upon delivery.

Submission of photos/videos of damaged areas upon delivery.

Receipt must be within 7 days from the receiving date.

Product must not be modified, misused or dismantled.

Returned items must include all accessories and packaging along with the printed invoice within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund via bank transfer method.

For items returned, your product will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the package.
